Refund policy

Return/ Refund is applicable only in the following cases:

• If you receive a defective product and that product could not be replaced by us
• If you receive the wrong product

Providing an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect is mandatory.

An order is eligible for return within 2-3 business days only from the date of delivery.

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• Material or fabric is not satisfactory
• Slight variation in colour
• Delay in delivery

Customer must raise a return request by sending an email to contact@stepinstudio.in or WhatsApp at +91 9364364344 with the order details, return reason and unboxing video.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days (after receiving the return parcel), via UPI ID or the bank account used to make the payment.
